In the following document, H2H, H2H Network web site and the H2H web site, refers to the company ‘H2H’, the details of which are to be found on the H2H on-line web site, located at www.heavenlyhearts.net and its network sites.

By undertaking to purchase or use any form of information or service from H2H you are automatically agreeing to the following:

The purchaser, or any person undertaking or using information or services purchased by another, or anyone in any way taking part in the use of information or service-related purchases from H2H, shall not hold liable the owners, employees or associates of H2H for any aspect of this service, including performance, quality and content, and which involves, or is provided by, its participants and sold, provided by or transmitted by H2H.

The purchaser, or any person undertaking or using information or services purchased by another, or anyone in any way taking part in the use of information or service-related purchases from H2H, shall not hold liable the owners, employees or associates of H2H for any errors in any aspect of information sold, purchased, acquired or transmitted by H2H.

H2H, the owners, employees or associates of H2H are in no way responsible to any person or persons for any damages incurred, or that have arisen in any manner, from the use of services, information or service-related purchases from H2H, the owners, employees or associates of H2H. The purchaser, or any person undertaking or using information or services purchased by another, or anyone in any way taking part in the use of information or service-related purchases from H2H shall assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the uses to which this service, information or service-related purchases, is put.

The purchaser, or any person undertaking or using services, purchases, information or services purchased by another from H2H shall indemnify and hold harmless H2H, the owners, employees or associates of H2H from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the user's use of, or participation in, any services, information or services purchased by another from H2H.

H2H will not have accounts or delayed payments with any clients. All payments will be asked for and must be made at the time of purchase and prior to the receipt of any of H2H information or services.

H2H does not offer a refund, nor is liable to give a refund for any services or information purchased from H2H. H2H, the owners, employees or associates of H2H are not obligated to give free; advice or information relating to any of the services offered for purchase by H2H.

Responsibility for the on-line use of any form of credit card or electronic payment method to purchase goods and/or services from the H2H web site remains exclusively with the documented and rightful owner of said credit card, or the documented sender of an on-line electronic payment. H2H the owners, employees or associates of H2H shall not be held liable or responsible for any misuse of a credit card by anyone, including the rightful owner. In the event that monies are received for goods and/or services, they shall not, under circumstances, be refunded. They shall be considered as payment for purchased goods and/or services. All information and representative images submitted to H2H via any electronic or any other means remain the property of H2H. All information and representative images exclusively submitted to H2H in any electronic or any other means remain the exclusive property of H2H. All information and representative images submitted to H2H in relation to joining H2H as Member via any electronic or any other means remain the property of H2H. All individuals who wish to have their information and representative images removed from appearing, or being advertised, on the H2H web site are obligated to do so by written correspondence addressed to H2H. It is at the complete and sole discretion of H2H as to whether a removal request will be acquiesced.

H2H, the owners, employees or associates of H2H shall not be held liable or responsible for any correspondence sent by the owner or writer and not acknowledged as having been received by H2H.

Some pictures used on this web site relating to legitimate travel destinations displayed no accompanying copyright or ownership and their usage was therefore considered as public domain. H2H' associates, partner, agents, advertisers and/or affiliates be deemed or made liable to you or anybody else for any mistakes, misprints or misspellings that be included in its databases, listings, advertisements or on a H2H Network web site in general, or if the supplied information was amended or distorted in any other way. All H2H Network web sites are intended for the personal use of individual users only and may not be used for any other purpose.

H2H may choose to change the terms, conditions and operation of this Agreement anytime, such modifications to be effective upon posting on the Site. By registering on the Site the user waives any rights or claims it may have against H2H and agrees to comply with H2H 'Privacy Policy’ and this Agreement.

Users are allowed to use the Site if they are legally allowed to enter marriage at their age by the applicable laws of their country of residence, but they must be at least 18 years old. By registering on the Site you warrant that you are able to enter into this Agreement and have the rights and capacity to enter into this Agreement. TYPES AND ASSOCIATED COSTS OF SERVICES PROVIDED

All information relating to services and associated costs provided by H2H are published on the site. All members, clients, interested parties and other persons are directed towards referencing the site in order to access the related information of interest to them.

REFUNDS and REPLACEMENT SERVICES

Once payment has been made for any service or merchandise purchased from H2H, no refund will be afforded the buyer. However, H2H wants to ensure customer satisfaction and value for money so it will so everything to see that all services or merchandise are supplied to the buyer in a timely manner. If for some extenuating reason, a service or merchandise is delayed or suddenly unavailable, H2H will do its utmost to see that the service or merchandise is replaced or an alternative/substitute made. In order to do this, H2H will happily consult the buyer and try to reach a resolution that is acceptable to both buyer and H2H.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

All messages received buy our H2H Customer Service department will be attended to as soon as possible.

CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Any registered member of H2H may terminate their membership at any time, for any reason. To do this, please send us an email to H2H Customer Service. In the email please give your full details and membership cessation request. Members who terminate their membership will not have access to web site privileges available to all registered members.

H2H has the authority to restrict, suspend, or terminate membership and subsequent access to the website at any time if H2H has a reason to do so (including, without limitation, our good faith belief that you have breached H2H policy on its web sites' Terms and Conditions) without prior notice or liability to you or anyone else. If H2H terminates your membership because you have breached H2H' Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund of any moneys that has been paid by you to H2H.

ALTERATION OF PRICES

Prices relating to the aforesaid services and merchandise can change without notification to members, subscribers or purchasers. All price variations will be listed on the related H2H NETWORK web site.

SERVICE & MERCHANDISE USAGE

All services and merchandise are offered for sale to H2H customers and clients in a strictly private and personal capacity. Anyone using said services and merchandise in association with any commercial purpose or commercial business will be contravening the terms of this sale and web site membership and will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.

Payment Processing

H2H does not process credit cards itself and we employ a third party service for all payments. Secure transactions are served by Paypal. H2H does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable credit card information for any secondary purposes. In relation to your purchase, your personal contact details and credit card details are not available to us and are processed independently of us via a secure server.
